Today I got the number from the police and mounted it on the bike. It looks much better then the temporary one that was bended and twisted and totaly not aerodynamic :)

In Romania, the police issue license plates? In the Glorious Republic of Sri Lanka we have such a thing as the Registrar of Motor Vehicles
doesnt make it that much easier to get them but i think there have been improvements in the process now.
